For anything delivered by our drivers in our local delivery area you may return up to 50% of your last order. The pick up charge is $20.00 plus 10% restocking!

Returns Information
- Due to high shipping costs, prior approval from Affordable Boxes Inc. is required for refunds or returns. To obtain authorization, call toll free: 1.866.546.6615

- A return authorization must be obtained within 3 days following customer’s receipt of order. Customers will receive a full refund of purchase price, less the cost of original shipping and a $15 restocking fee per master box. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, which must be prepaid. Customer also assumes all risk of loss or damage to product(s) while in transit to Affordable Boxes Inc.

- All boxes and supplies must be returned unopened in original packaging (master box). Authorization must be clearly noted on the outside of returned box.

- Authorization is valid only for 3 business days following date of  issuance. If items are returned without proper authorization and/or packaging as described above, Affordable Boxes Inc. reserves the right either to refuse delivery or charge an additional restocking fee.

- Delays by the carrier do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refusal, or return of order.

Order Cancellation Information
Once an order has been shipped, customer may not cancel it for any reason. If an order has been packed and is waiting for pick-up, a $15 restocking charge per master box will apply. If an order has not been packed, you may cancel it for any reason.
